The mounting bracket option for mounting the CSI Pressure Bell is the most common type of installation, but requires a length of PVC pipe and a 2" male adaptor to complete the installation. The installer mounts the bracket to the side of the basin, cuts the pipe to the appropriate length and attaches the male adaptor to one end of the pipe. The adaptor then threads into the top of the pressure bell. The pressure tubing is run up through the pipe and the bell is then suspended by hand tightening the thumb screws securing the pipe in the bracket. |

With our proprietary pressure system we offer two methods of installation. When using the Tether kit simply slide the two 4 lb donuts over the top of the pressure bell, thread the nipple into the top of the bell and suspend the bell using the provided poly rope. |

CSI Pressure Systems come standard with 50ft of heavy duty, non-kink 1/4" O.D. X 1/8" I.D. Polyurethane interconnect tubing, however, the pressure system is approved with up to 200ft of tubing. This is the only tubing that has been tested and approved by CSI. If your system requires more tubing just give us a call. |

When using additional tubing or if an installation requires cutting the pressure tubing CSI offers an approved fitting to properly splice the two pieces together. Just remember anytime a fitting is used it is important that the tubing slides in a full 5/8 of an inch to prevent air leaks. CSI recommends marking 5/8" on the tubing to make sure it is completely inserted. |
