Pressure Activated Control Systems

THE COMMANDERfrom CSI provides the ultimate in liquid level control technology. The system totally replaces mercury and mechanical floats with their wires that twist, tangle and foul. It also takes the place of costly transducers, probes that corrode and other such devices.THE COMMANDER is an economical UL Listed solution providing essential functions of today's liquid level controls. It combines the functions of a pressure transducer, an alternating relay, a lag pump time delay, a lead pump selector, and a 4-20mA output into one simple unit. THE COMMANDER replaces bubbler systems, float control panels, ultrasonic controls, and even expensive pressure transducer systems. The controller is available in four versions from Simplex to Quadraplex all priced at a fraction of existing technology.

Here's How THE COMMANDER™ Liquid Level Control System Works - The exclusive Pressure Bell is typically installed a few inches above the inlet of the pump in the confined space using the convenient mounting bracket. THE COMMANDER Controller is installed in the control panel. One end of 1/4" O.D. poly tube is attached to THE COMMANDER Controller. The weight of the liquid in the basin is sensed by the rolling diaphragm in the Pressure Bell and the varying pressure signal in the poly tube is sent to the pressure transducer in the Controller which starts and stops the pump, operates an alarm or other auxiliary device. You simply set the desired pump start, pump stop and alarm level on THE COMMANDER Controller in the panel. You can easily change all settings at any time without entering or even opening the confined space. And, there are never any float cords to adjust, untangle or clean. Once you've tried THE COMMANDER technology you'll never go back to antiquated liquid level systems.
