Tired of Floats?
Finally... CSI has created an economical system to replace floats and eliminate the problems associated with them. By simply wiring the leads coming out of the Retro Pac 48 into the corresponding float terminal block of your existing float panel you have done all the wiring necessary to completely retrofit a float panel to a Pressure Activated Control. The Retro Pac 48 operates up to four outputs and includes indication lights for each output. Once the panel is upgraded all adjustments are made on the controller itself outside of confined space. The Retro Pac 48 is adjusted by simply turning the dials to the level in inches that the corresponding outputs are to operate. Because CSI Pressure Activated Controls operate on an air signal, no electrical components from the controller enter wet areas and it exceeds intrinsically safe Class 1 Division 1 standards. The system is not affected by grease, floating debris, or turbulent conditions. In addition, with all the floats eliminated by one CSI proprietary Pressure Bell there are no mercury or mechanical switches to fail and no cords to tangle or adjust.
